Pre-Conference Tutorial Add-On

The fees below are for one (1) Pre-conference Tutorial held on Oct. 26 for those who are registered as conference attendees.

Tutorial ONLY

The cost to attend one (1) Pre-conference Tutorial held on Oct. 26 for those who are NOT registered as conference or exhibit hall attendees is $225. This includes complimentary access to the exhibit hall.

Policies

All changes and cancellations must be in writing. All cancellations made by October 2, 2015, will receive a refund less a $100 processing fee. No refunds will be given after October 2, 2015. Substitutions and changes may be submitted in writing through October 2, 2015. After this date, substitutions are not allowed. CAMX does not accept responsibility for any “No Shows” at the conference. Regardless of their attendance, these individuals will be charged for the cost of their registration. Registration and attendance at, or participation in, CAMX constitutes an agreement by the registrant for ACMA and SAMPE’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant’s or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities. All participants at CAMX must adhere to the CAMX anti-trust guidelines. All participants agree to wear their badge at all times during the event and may not “share” their badge with other attendees. Registering for this event indicates an acceptance of these terms.
